- What is the cost to attend EMPOWER?
All attendees are invited to join us for the full three days of EMPOWER, in beautiful Boulder, Colorado. All sessions, meals, networking breaks, training, and social events are included with your registration – a $2,500 value. We are proud to offer EMPOWER to our invited customers at NO COST.
- Is there a discounted room block available?

Our room block at the Limelight is now closed, but do check their availability as additional rooms may come back online.
Consider booking a room at the Moxy Hotel in Boulder, which is right across the street from the Limelight. There are also several other hotel options within easy walking distance of the event, including Basecamp Boulder and the St. Julien Hotel.
- Am I responsible for booking my travel and hotel accommodations?
Yes, attendees are responsible for booking all personal travel arrangements. Attendees must also fill out our registration form to formally register for EMPOWER. Click here to register.

- What is the best way to travel to Boulder?
Denver International Airport is the closest major airport. There are many options for traveling from DIA to the Limelight Hotel, including public transportation via bus, ride share apps like Uber and Lyft, rental cars, or various shuttle services.=. Please check this resource for more information.
- Will there be a virtual component?
EMPOWER will be an in-person only event, though some recordings may be available for attendees after the event, on our customer help system.
- What is the dress code?
The dress code for the event is business casual. We suggest bringing layers due to the unpredictable Colorado weather in late February.

- What is happening on Friday?
On Friday we’ll be hosting an in-depth Yes Energy training, as well as content tracks for the EnCompass and PowerCore User Group Meetings. You will opt in for these activities when you register.
- Are there any good restaurants in the area?
Yes, Boulder has a thriving restaurant scene, with many great options located on Pearl Street, just a mile north of the hotel. Curated list coming soon!

Our room block at the Limelight Boulder is now closed, but several excellent hotels remain available within walking distance of the venue. Late February in Boulder might be sunny or snowy, but it is always beautiful - book your stay today!
